Godzilla Vs. Kong

Three weeks on and there is no stopping the monster movie clash as it by a long shot becomes the top movie during the pandemic and the top movie in the US this year.

The movie has far outgrossed expectation as this weekend is takes $7.8 Million, down a large 43% from last weekend, to give the movie a massive $80.6 Million total gross.

It will get a massive challenge for the top movie next weekend as Mortal Kombat hits the big screen under lots of hype.

The Bob Odenkirk starring action movie stays put at number 2 this weekend with $2.5 Million, down only 6% from last weekend which is excellent for a movie 4 weeks on and during the pandemic, but this is a sign of the recovering box office.

The movie has now taken a very respectable $19 Million over its 4 week run.

The Unholy

The Jeffrey Dean Morgan starring horror movie remains at number 3 this weekend with a gross of $2 Million, down just 15% from last weekend.

Despite the less favourable reviews for the movie it is proving to be a hit with movie goers during the pandemic and has taken a very respectable $9.55 Million over 3 weeks.

Raya and the Last Dragon

Disney's latest move started incredibly strong at the box office 7 weeks ago and this week take $1.92 Million, down 13% from last weekend.

The movie has been available on the Disney+ platform, with a premium price, since release which will have effected its box office run, but the movie has still taken $37.69 Million.

Tom and Jerry

The animated duo in their live action movie moves up to number 5 this weekend with $1.11 Million, down only 8%, giving it a $42.6 Million total over 8 weeks of release.
