Dreamworks follow up their 2013 movie The Croods which took $187.1 Million at the US box office with this sequel which Universal has released while the pandemic is still causing cinemas to shut their doors.
The movie still manages to take a very good $9.7 Million on its debut weekend which is second only to Tenet in the months since the pandemic effected the box office.
Falling from the top after 2 weeks is the Vince Vaughn starring horror/comedy which takes $770,000, a 40% drop from last weekend.
The movie has now grossed $7.01 Million in the US over 3 weeks of release.
Surprise hit on the last few months is the Robert De Niro starring movie which takes $643,937 over the weekend, only 14% down from last week.
The movie is showing incredible staying power and has grosses $17.25 Million over its 8 weeks of release.
4 weeks on the the Dianne Lane starring movie falls to 4 with $453,000, 37% down, for a total of $8.73 Million after 4 weeks.
Falling to 5 this week is Jacob Chase's horror movie which takes $387,000, 31% down from last weekend, for a $8.83 Million 5 week total.
