Margot Robbie plays the title character Barbie, she has also starred in Suicide Squad as Harley Quinn and Vigilante from 2008, Ryan Gosling stars as Ken and has been in The Place Beyond the Pines and had the lead role in sequel movie Blade Runner 2049.
The movie is directed by Greta Gerwig who is fast becoming one of the most respected directors in Hollywood and has previously directed Lady Bird and Nights and Weekends.
