Marvel and Disney release their first MCU film in over a year as the Black Widow origin movie hits cinemas after nearly 18 months of delays.

The movie stars among other Scarlett Johansson and Florence Pugh as Black Widow Natasha Romanoff and her sister Yelena Belova.

The movie is once again directed by Cate Shortland.

Black Widow is the operative name for Natasha Romanova, at birth she was given to the KGB, which groomed her to become the ultimate operative. When the U.S.S.R. breaks up, the government tries to kill her. This is her origins movie where we find out about her 'family' and her struggle to find her identity in Russia.
