Global Box Office Weekend Report 24th - 26th March 2023: John Wick 4 is the top new movie of the weekend making its debut at the top of the global box office

John Wick: Chapter 4
The fourth chapter in the popular action series John Wick, John Wick: Chapter 4, makes its debut at the top of the global box office this weekend with an opening gross of $137.5 Million from 72 countries.

This is a series best for the franchise which stars Keanu Reeves in the lead role.

Last weeks number 1 movie Shazam! Fury of the Gods falls to number 3 this weekend after spending a single week at the top, the movie has taken a relatively low $102 Million.

Making a big jump up the box office this week is Suzume the Japanese animated movie which increases its week on week gross by 88% climbing to number 2 with a total gross of $182 Million after 20 weeks.

The Best Is Yet to Come is a new entry at number 8 with $4.5 Million.
