Based on the video game for the Playstation, Sony Pictures Gran Turismo has been given a 12A age rating in the UK for moderate threat, infrequent strong language

The movie stars Djimon Hounsou who has previously starred in the DC Comics movie Aquaman and will star in the upcoming Zack Snyder movie Rebel Moon, it also stars Orlando Bloom who has starred in film such as Elizabethtown from 2005 and Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest.

It is directed by Neill Blomkamp who has directed classics like Elysium and Demonic from 2021.
