US Box Office Weekend Report 28 - 30 May 2010: Shrek Forever After stays at the top to beat Sex And The City 2 which enters at 2

Despite a bank holiday weekend and a first film which took more money than anyone could have expected, Sex and the City 2 fails to beat out either Shrek Forever After to top the US box office.

A second weekend for Shrek Forever After at the top of the US box office with Sex And The City 2 claiming the highest new film, the green ogre movie took $43 Million.

Prince of Persia is at number 3, it was a close fought battle though with Sex and the City 2 taking $31 Million and Prince of Persia taking $30 Million.
