Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace gets a trailer for the 3D rerelease
Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace
George Lucas has made a name for himself releasing, for good or bad, changed version of the much loved Star Wars movies, Star Wars, Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back and the last of the original trilogy Star Wars: The Return of the Jedi, now he is going to release a 3D version of Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace

Check out the trailer here

He also has plans to release the other movies in the prequel trilogy, Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones and Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith.

This may be seen as a bit of a cash cow, and it likely is, but with the recent rush in movies at the cinema in 3D I can't think of many other movies that would benefit from a 3D rerelease.

I'm sure there will also be changes to the movies as each re-release on VHS and DVD has resulted in small changes to the movies.

We don't need this, but we're sure as hell getting it!
