Barbie spends a fourth weekend at the top of the UK box office which means it now ties with
Avatar: THe Way of Water and
The Super Mario Bros Movie as the longest number 1 of 2023.
The movie is now by far the top grossing movie of 2023 with £78.2 Million and it probably wont be beaten going in the end of the year.
Oppenheimer still sits at number 2 behind Barbie but with a gross of £45.7 Million it is the third top movie of 2023.
Based on the Playstation video game Gran Turismo is the top new movie of the weekend at 4 with just over £1 Million, but this is a far cry from the £4.7 Million of Uncharted from 2022 which was also based on a Playstation video game.
