Sequel movie Shazam! Fury of the Gods is the top new movie of the weekend making its debut a the top of the UK box office knocking Scream VI to number 3 after a weeke at the top.

Also new this weekend is AllelujahRye Lane is new at number 8 with £258,997 and director Ti West's new movie Pearl is new at 12 with £192,504 which is lower than the directors previous movie X which makes its debut with £227,501.

As the DCEU prepares to become the James Gunn universe there are still a couple of the old Snyder universe films to get released and this sequel movie to Shazam! gets its debut this week with a gross of £2.3 Million
