There was never going to be any other outcome this week as we see Batman V Superman Dawn of Justice take over at the top with little competition.

The superhero movie that is to kick off the Justice League movies from Warner Bros. took the top with an amazing weekly world gross of $424.1 million from 67 countries.

Not a record to highest total grossing debut but certainly a record fot the pre-summer season.

Zootopia has had a good run but this week falls down to number 2 with $65 million and has a total world gross of $696.7 million, and is on track to become Disney's highest grossing film.

Highest total grossing film on the world top 10 box office this week is Deadpool at number 9 this week which has now grossed $745.9 million.
