UK Box Office Weekend Report 24th - 26th November 2023: Ridley Scott new movie Napoleon hits the top of the UK box office on its debut weekend

Directed by Ridley Scott and starring Joaquin Phoenix the historical drama Napoleon hits the top on its debut with a weekend gross of £5.2 Million.

Ridley Scott's last movie House of Gucci took £2.5 Million on its debut but that was during he COVID19 pandemic!.

Joaquin Phoenix last movie, Beau Is Afraid, took £231,370 earlier this year.

Last weeks top movie The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes falls a single place to number 2 this weekend with a 50% drop from last week.

Also new this weekend is the latest Disney movie that has DNA closely attached to the companies smash hit Frozen, Wish this weekend lands at number 3 with £2.4 Million.
