Making its debut this weekend is the awards favourite Darkest Hours Starring Gary Oldman.
The film makes its debut at number 1 with a weekend gross of £4 million.
Falling to number 2 this week after a week at the top, but on its fourth weekend is Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle with takes £2.4 million for a £29 million total gross.
Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri makes its debut at number 3, and with a good Golden Globes showing it takes £2.3 million for the weekend.
Finishing off the top 5 is The Greatest Showman at number 4 and Insidious: The Last Key at number 5.
Worth mentioning is Star Wars: The Last Jedi which this week takes over Beaty And The Beast at the top grossing film released in 2017.
Now in its fourth weekend of release Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle hangs on to the US number 1 spot with ease.
Climbing to number 2 this week after a short limited run is the Spielberg powerhouse with Tom Hanks and Meryl Streep The Post.
Liam Neeson gets the top new film of the week with his actions film The Commuter.
Rounding out the top 5 is Insidious: The Last Key and The Greatest Showman.
