Now in its 15th week of release and 9th weekend on the box office the Blumhouse Productions horror movie takes $383K pushing its total US gross to $64.9 Million.
An interesting record has hit the movie this week as it becomes the film with the longest span between first hitting the top of the box office and hitting the top again, this is without the release of the original trilogy Star Wars movies which were all in new versions!
Trolls World Tour
Having been released on VOD earlier in the year the movie was show at a handful of Drive in theatres, this week the movie takes $275.7K on its 5th week.
This brings the movies total gross in the US to $3.6 Million.
Back To The Future
An old classic getting a new run, the 1985 movie celebrates its 35th year in 2020 and this week takes $263K, this puts the film US total at $211.1 Million.
The Hunt
Films released before the coronavirus outbreak have had extended runs at the box office despite getting VOD releases and this horror movie this week tales $227.8K on its 6th weekend of release.
The movie has now taken $5.18 Million at the US box office.
Jumanji: The Next Level
Rounding out the top 5 is the movie from the end of 2019 with takes $212.7K on its 17th weekend which puts its total at $316.8 Million.
Infamous
Highest new film of the week is this low budget movie starring Bella Thorne which makes its debut, at drive-in theatres remember, with $160.3K.
The movie would potentially have been released without even being noticed under normal circumstances!

Cinemas and hence box office takings have been hit hard with the coronavirus outbreak and with many people choosing not to leave their homes Onward remained at the top although with a big drop from the previous weekend, The Hunt defied expectations and was the top new film at number 3.
Onward
Pixars latest movie remained at the top of the UK box office over the weekend altohugh the gross for the movie was 62% down from the previous weekend as the film took £1.2 Million.
This brings the films total UK gross to £5.2 Million after 2 weeks of release.
Onward is the only film on the UK box office this weekend which has taken over a Million pound.
The Invisible Man
Remaining at number 2 this week is the Universal monster movie which takes £827,746.
This pushes the movies total gross to £6.5 Million after 3 weeks of release.
The movie is being released on home streaming platforms next week for $19.99 and a similar situation can be expected in the UK in the coming weeks.
The Hunt
Highest new film of the week is the latest film from director Craig Zobel which makes its debut at number 3 with £542,475.
Bloodshot
After bad reviews from critics and audiences alike the new superhero movie starring Vin Diesel can only manage a number 4 debut with £444,917.
This can be seen as the first movie to suffer from the coronavirus pandemic as despite this the movie would have scored a much higher debut, many film set for release in the coming weeks have been delayed including Diesel's own Fast and Furious 9.
In a surprising, but expected move the studio has announced the movie will be released on streaming services in the US from next Tuesday, March 24th which may well kill the film box office run.
Interestingly over the Monday - Sunday week the film would not have hit the top 5 making its debut at number 8!
Military Wives
The film about a women singing group comprising wives of men in active service drops to number 5 this weekend with £407,409 giving the film a £2.3 Million total after 2 weeks.
Over the Monday - Sunday week the film would have been number 3 with a weekend gross of £1.4 Million.
1917
The much praised and awarded war movie is the highest total grossing move this week with £43.7 Million and the movie with the longest chart run with 10 weeks.
Following a trend set by Universal with The Invisible Man and Warner Bros. with Birds Of Prey (And The Fantabulous Emancipation Of One Harley Quinn), Bloodshot starring Vin Diesel will get a release on digital March 24th, next Tuesday!
Coupled with bad reviews and not so good word of mouth the movie which was released at the box office last Friday (March 13th) the film will have one of the shortest windows of a major blockbuster.
The self isolation and lockdowns of the world during this unprecedented time of the coronavirus pandemic is setting new standards of box office to home entertainment window.
For big blockbusters the window has always been 3 - 6 months, unlike the 80's and 90's when the window from box office to VHS could be a year or more.
We live in a time now when people have much better home entertainment systems, as opposed to a 14 inch low quality TV with a mono speaker attached and the best way to see a film was at the cinema.
It will be interesting to see if this 'experiment' sets a standard or its just a temporary measure while the world deals with the viral outbreak.
