The Battersea Ripper

Not much is known about this film, or of it ever got completed. The director is in question or if there was even a single person who directed the movie. It was called Manilla Envelopes during filming.

Young women in South London are being terrorised by someone known as 'The Battersea Ripper'. Chief Inspector Stalker (Fletcher) and his underlings (Tyrone and Graham) couldn't care less but two corrupt journalists (Dyer and McCoy) get together to find the killer. Two media moguls make millions from the story, but are busy blackmailing each other. What nobody counts on is a crazed Irish hitman running amok. Is he the killer? Or the good guy in disguise?
